Agreement to Terms

By booking any tour package, boat ride, cab or hotel stay through Wave Kashi Tour and Travel, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before confirming a booking.

Bookings & Confirmation

Bookings made through this website are requests, confirmed once our team responds on WhatsApp, phone or email with availability and final pricing. Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices and may vary by season, group size, vehicle or room category.

Payments

We do not collect payments through this website. Payment terms (advance amount, mode of payment and balance due) are communicated and agreed directly with our team before or during your trip.

Itinerary Changes

Timings for temple darshan, Ganga Aarti and boat rides may shift due to weather, water levels, festivals, temple restrictions or local authority decisions beyond our control. We will do our best to inform you promptly and offer suitable alternatives.

Traveller Responsibilities

• Please arrive on time for scheduled pickups, boat rides and darshan slots.
• Follow safety instructions given by boatmen, drivers and guides at all times, including wearing the life jackets provided on boats.
• Carry valid identification, especially for VIP darshan or restricted entry points.

Liability

Wave Kashi Tour and Travel coordinates trusted local boat, cab and hotel partners on your behalf. While we take reasonable care in selecting these partners, we are not liable for delays, losses or incidents caused by third parties, weather, natural events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
