Cancellation Policy

General Policy

We understand travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling are handled for bookings made with Wave Kashi Tour and Travel. Exact terms for your booking will also be confirmed directly by our team over WhatsApp or phone at the time of booking.

Tour Packages

• Cancellations made at least 3 days before the travel date: full refund of any advance paid, minus applicable transaction charges.
• Cancellations made 1–2 days before the travel date: 50% of the advance paid may be retained to cover partner commitments already made.
• Cancellations made on the day of travel, or no-shows: the advance paid is non-refundable.

Boat Bookings

Private boat charters cancelled at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours, or rides missed due to late arrival, may not be refundable since the boat and boatman are reserved specifically for your slot.

Cab Bookings

Cab bookings cancelled at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations closer to pickup time, or after the driver has already been dispatched, may incur a partial charge to cover the driver's time.

Hotel Bookings

Hotel cancellation terms depend on the property and season, and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in are fully refundable; later cancellations may be subject to a one-night charge.

Weather & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

If a boat ride, darshan or activity cannot proceed due to weather, water levels, temple restrictions or government directives, we will offer a reschedule or an alternative experience of equivalent value wherever possible.
